I LOVE SANDRY! The class was great and i got a great stretch and a good sweat abs per my Fitbit a GREAR CAL BURN at 238 cals! Who knew? Can’t wait to Go back! I highly Recommend!

Sandy is great. Energy in the am and pm. Her knowledge of the poses and the way she helps. I joined after my first visit. I practiced at classes where the instructor stayed at the front & modeled or told you the pose with a microphone, with no regard if you were getting it right or what’s needed from the pose. I like her because she teaches, guides & motivate & encourage. The facility is welcoming
