Do not use this company. This was a terrible job and when winter came and it was time to turn the heat on we had to smell a horrible burning smell for over a month until we found out there was a collection of dust and dirt piled up in the vent just before the furnace. The guy that came did our whole housing under 30 min which I found very hard to believe in a large home and over 18 vents to be cleaned. He didn't even have me turn the unit off first. I had to tell him it should be off while he does this. I will never ever again use this company or recommend them.

Didn't really trust the technician. He told me I had mold in my system and when I asked how he knew he pointed to something and said he just knew. He also told me in a place my size the ducts typically don't need to be cleaned, but went ahead and included a duct cleaning in a final estimate that was well over $600. Had another company come in and confirm most of what was recommended was unnecessary and I did not have any mold in my system. Do not buy!

It is a method to get more business by finding other issues with furnice - they gave me a $350 estimate to fix all the issues and said the vent cleaning really doesn't help , the ducts need a sweeping to be effective.
