I went through your program 6 years ago, lost 40 pounds and kept the weight off for four years. Due to some other health problems, I have regained most of the weight but have faith that with the help of your program, I will once again lose it. I was very impressed with the changes that were made in the past six years, the time and effort that have gone into the further development of a healthy eating plan

Nurses are nice, but I have felt they are just "shot givers"...they do not really engage themselves in your journey. I have now asked questions about certain foods and they tell me I have to see the Dr. (appts are scheduled based upon work schedule...that just means more wait time for me)
