Excellent workout. All the instructors were both friendly and knowledgeable. They walk around and make corrections as needed.

Amazing workout! I have gone to 2 of the pilates/barre classes with Carol so far and love it.

I've actually never left a review for any product or service but I was so incredibly pleased with this experience I felt compelled to share! I visited the studio for the first time today and was immediately greeted by welcoming and friendly staff. It's a smaller more intimate space which allows you to be more engaged with the instructor. Clean and durable equipment, great variety of exercises during the class and overall just an awesome workout! Planning to return tomorrow and as many times as I can for the next 30 days! Highly recommend!

It was a great experience! The teacher and atmosphere were really good.

Difficult to book. Had to come in the studio in person to redeem, but after coming in, was told I had to book online. Not a good first impression which negatively colored whole experience.
