It was my first time. The staff and other members were very helpful in getting me in and set up. The cycling class (Katie) was challenging and fun!

Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and encouraging. Kyle's TRX class was challenging and exactly what I was looking for. Love that they have a location in downtown and near south point.

I had an amazing first experience. I work 2 jobs, and live over an hour away. I can never find time to do a workout, and my stress level is through the roof. Today I got a huge break in my afternoon, and was able to come in for my first visit. The staff was amazing, and I was able to get there in time for a yoga session with Macanena at the South location. I hope I'm spelling her name right. Anywho, she was pleasant, knowledgeable, attentive, and skilled. I can't wait to try more classes.
