Really not as crowded as we expected, so there was plenty of room for my young son who's more of a learner. They have push-buckets to help the really little ones learn. One thing is I didn't see anywhere the length of a session, and you can stay up to 2 hours, which is great!

Too crowded and too much standing around on the ice skating rink. No staff around to help if anything happened. They all stayed in the skate rental area. Never monitored the amount of people on the rink.

I love having the opportunity to skate in Durham. But, the ice could really use some smoothing! It was really rocky. The smoothing time was at the end of the session (10:40p) rather than for a little bit in the middle to give us a chance on the new ice.
