What an energetic, inviting fitness group!!! My husband and I both bought the 10 day and so glad we did! You get an unbelievable workout that at the end of it you can't believe dancing and having fun could possibly give you that intense of a workout! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to move and burn calories in a high energy loving group!
