Monkey Dooz rescheduled my appointment once and attempted to reschedule it again due to wanting to accommodate a larger group. After less than 12 hours the polish was chipped off of both of our toes and fingers. I have left comments based on THEIR request for feedback and they did not respond to them as they had initially advertised they would on Facebook. I do not think this business cares about customer service or about quality. They seem to only care about large groups and more money instead of obtaining and retaining long term customers. This is unfortunate for them because they missed out on having us as long term customers.

The salon was empty on a Friday night. They didn't tell us about the other services they provide. They barely spoke to my daughter, which I found odd for a children's focused salon. Also when I called to schedule for a Wed. Afternoon (which was not a school day for our district) I was told I could only schedule on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. This seemed limited to me. These are the reasons I wouldn't recommend monkey dooze to my friends.
