I am not sure if all the discounts are necessarily better than what other eyeglass shops are offering. It seems like all the hype from all the eyeglass shops where they lower the price may come down to that those are things they can't or won't charge

Prices are more than the doctor's eye center, they're not very knowledgeable & the girls are not helpful at all & my glasses are NOT the Rx they're supposed to be.

It took weeks for them to locate my eyeglasses (once ordered). I also felt like I was being "nickled and dimed".

First the glass still came out to about $150 because the lenses weren't included. The glasses fell off my sons face because they didn't adjust them. Next the want me to pay another $45 when I said that wasn't fair their rude receptionist stepped in
