I always get fish at this restaurant and it has been the best I ever had. I eat at up scale restaurants all the time and so far this was the best.

I had the filet and my husband had the special sea bass with the pecan crusted coating. He absolutely loved it. My steak was cooked perfectly. I asked for medium and that's what I got, the way I love it. Most restaurants tend to under cook the medium giving me more red than warm pink, others will over cook it giving me more gray and less pink. So I must say this is one of the very first times it has been cooked to my specification.
Our waiter, Nick was excellent. He was attentive but not too bothersome like some waiters can be. I would recommend if you like a little less customer noise, to go to the bar which is in the back separated by a wall and has nice booths. Yes the TVs are there but they are silenced and there were no screaming children in the bar area. I will definitely go there again. Lib

We had the best dinner on our first night in ParkCity! The steak tartar was an excellent appetizer. Sockeye salmon was out of this world. We thought it couldn't get any better but the beignet for dessert is a must!
