Yes. The kitchen screwed up one of our orders and we were in a rush so we didn't have time for them to fix the order. However, it would have rectified the issue if they'd offered to give us our fries or at least the sauce. Servers and wait staff is a bit on the careless side and could be a bit more assertive and engage the customer a lot better.
