I’ve rarely felt compelled to leave a review but this time I just had to. I don’t know how Hester does it, but within 3 sessions my life literally turned around and I didn’t even realize it until after I’d met with her. I’m going to try and continue maintenance sessions because it’s the only therapy that’s actually worked.

Hestor was amazing. Felt very safe and comfortable but learned a lot on how to deal with stopping smoking and all that comes with it. A very nurturing environment. Highly recommend!

I didn't know what to expect when I got to my appointment. But meeting Hester felt like I've known her for a long time. It felt easy to let go and open up. Hester has helped me find out who I truly am. I now use tools and methods that she has shown me how to use. So that I won't lose the person I have discovered. I'm getting happier as the days go by. Thanks Hester.
