Clean and fresh environment..work out was effective but not straining nice instructors I had for each class I took .I recommend anyone to take the hot yoga and hot pilates👌🏽

My first yoga session in several years, the leader was excellent in including me in the class notwithstanding my limitations. As an older person, I very much appreciated the instructors approach.

Calming and refreshingly challenging. I surprised myself and also loved my teacher and the unity with the students I felt in that room as well, can’t wait to keep coming back!

It was my first Yoga class ever and Linda guide the session very gently through some of the main positions and terms that as a beginner you should know. I had a terrific experience and I can’t wait to come back for next class.

Tried a few of their classes from hot yoga, yen yoga, vinyasa yoga, and restorative yoga. Love that there is different style of yoga at different times. The teachers were very informative. The studio was very clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed Erika, Linda and Joanna as instructor.
