Inner Spirit has a variety of long practicing instructors who practice numerous types of yoga so it stays interesting. The facilities are clean and well maintained. This center is excellent!

Everything is superb except for the air quality. While I was there, I heard a lady ask them to extinguish the burning incense. I was thankful for that.
