This was my first time ever doing anything like this but it was fun. The instruction was great and tje ladies who were apart of the class were helpful. Best believe if you are not in shape you will be sore but a good sore. I will be going back. I loved it,, My Body Shop is a great place to go.

I've only been once, but all the ladies seemed really nice. The instruction was a bit intermediate, but I was happy for the challenge. I will be going to back again soon!!! PS wear booty shorts :)
