Ruined my hair by turning it a orange-red because Jaymes didn't use a red blocker (Im NOT racist at all these are FACTS) I had brunette hair VERY LONG & THICK that went past my bottom. When showing the picture of a women with beautiful blonde hair with chucks of brown lowlights in it. He said,"Oh yeah I can do this for sure" Well, Jaymes NO YOU CAN'T & DIDN'T! I'M NOW GOING TO THE REAL PROS!
