Lauren who gave the facial did not stop talking thru out the whole facial. The process she used was not what I was used to. No heat lights on face or hot towels. I did not feel the place was clean. The table I was place on had old blankets on the bottom and to cover you with. Not sure if they were clean. I am used to going to a place that does have clean sheets and a blanket to cover you. And the table is heated. You also receive a neck and arm massage' I will not return again.
