FC not only has the best studio and spa staff but they create a client atmosphere of undeniable peace and serenity. The infrared sauna sessions leave you feeling nurtured and energized!

The Salon & Spa are well designed with the Spa separate from the Salon area. I felt a sense of calm as soon as I stepped into the Spa area. The infra-red sauna experience was unique.I did feel better during and afterwards. The staff was very personable. I am definitely going to consider trying other services at the Spa.
