Emily is absolutely amazing! She walked me through every step of the BBL process and has a genuine interest in my skin care needs. I felt some trepidation before visiting the Institute as some can be a little intimidating or stuffy. Kovanda Plastic Surgery was not like this at all. The Institute is lovely and the staff makes you feel very comfortable. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
