My first visit to the gym was last night and the staff was very attentive, making sure I knew how to do each exercise and made me feel welcome and motivated. A very fun, high energy workout that definately works out your entire body. I can think of no other workout that does such a great job in about 35 minutes! I definately recommend you try 9 Round.
