The service is good. The only issue I had is that the brake inspection that was done on my vehicle did not catch the wear and cracking of the brakes. I was told the brakes were ok even though they were squealing. I went to a mechanic who showed me the inside of the disc brakes and they were completely worn and cracked on one of them. But the people at Capital Jeep in service are punctual and professional and treat customers well.

Everything was good and shuttle service is amazing!

The only thing that marred my visit was the problems with the shuttle/valet service. The service person who received me and my truck was very nice and worked hard to resolve the issue I had however planning for the shuttle/valet service must come from management. Don't offer the service if staffing it is a problem.

all was good, they just left the plastic and paper protective garbage in the vehicle, not sure if it is policy so the owner is aware of protective covers being used

I found the people very friendly and informative. Shuttle driver was a hoot!!

I was very satisfied with the service and I will take my car there for future services. I wish they would give a complimentary car wash though...
