Can not really comment on the cruises because they were cancelled for the season due to low water levels in the river. We have been issued a voucher for next year.

The wind may pick up? A jacket may be suggested, sunscreen..

Couldn't go, water levels too low, but to compensate us they are giving us a gift certificate for next year.

Riverboat is unable to travel as water levels are too low but offered a gift certificate for another time.

Go early so you can sit under the open canopy. Very pleasant way to spend some time.

Be prepared that you only go as far as the water level allows - we still had a marvellous afternoon!

It is a good way to see parts of Edmonton you can only see from the water level. The Edmonton Queen Riverboat travel Rain or Shine. It is also a great way to see and learn a lot of Edmonton History.

Get there early to ensure that you obtain seats under the tarp, out of the sun and rain. The route is very short and the trip is over in no time.

Get there early to beat the rush on the boat to seats together if you have more than 2 or 3 people. We had eaten ahead of time, but the food looked really good and we found the beverages quite reasonable :)
