The internet said there would be check-in paperwork and refreshments offered. I didn't have to fill out any paperwork and wasn't offered any refreshment. There were a lot of mixed reviews online, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleased with the results. It's not really in my area, so I probably won't go back because of that.

I was not greated as promoted on their website/email appointment confirmation. This was disappointing! It was awhile before anyone came to the reception area, I was never offered a drink, it was not a very warm welcome.

It was a truly fantastic day. Thank you for pampering my husband and me and for the great services and conversations!!
