Better organization would help to bring this spa back to where it used to be. ;)

The receptionists are a bit snobby which I did not appreciate. They said they would bring me a cup of tea and they never did and I waited for quite awhile before someone came back to the front desk to process my payment.

Its helpful if you remind the customer to bring sandals to a pedicure appointment.

I had the salt scrub and then I was told to shower and lay on the table for the massage. I quickly showered and laid on the table she did not return until 1/2 hr from her leaving. There was no music only them talking close by. For my time when I came for relaxation and pampering that was to very long to be left waiting. The young lady who did my hair style did a wonderful scalp massage. When she dryer and styled my hair. It was terrible. It was raining and I went out and did not cover up as I wanted it wet so I could adjust it so it did not look so strange. I had shown her a picture of the type of curl I was after and it was not where near to that. Plus it was an unflattering styling as well as sticking out in an odd manner.

I had a lovely time! My pedicure was wonderful, only thing that I would want changed is the massage after my scrub- it was not deep enough- felt like I was a greased up turkey! But all in all it was great!

Nicole was very efficient, but also had the right amount of conversation with the tasks at hand. It was a very pleasant experience, more like a visit than a spa treatment.
