The lady who took care of me was really nice and she answered all my questions.
The place is clean, and the equipment is quite modern.
I cannot comment about the hair removal itself as today was my first session.

The owner is very pleasant, and knowledgeable! She had no problem answering my many questions and put us at ease! The office is very classy and I would definitely refer her to my friends and family!
