wipes would be great to have available after applying lotions.

The customer service wasn't the best but I do like the spray tans.

I would have purchased a package most likely but I ultimately won't because you won't let me take home a menu of services with prices on it so I can decide ways right for me. I am not going to be pressured into making a commitment like that on the spot. Bad form.

Spray tan color was out turned me away. I wont return.

Prior to my first visit, I called them to see if I needed a reservation or if there were any requirements to tan. They said no and just to walk in. So I walked-in, they make you go through a 15 minute tour where they try to force you to purchase lotions and tanning packages. By the time they were done with the infomercial, there were several people that came to tan and then I had to wait for a bed to open. Then they tell you that it is a requirement to have eye protection to tan and they don't supply it for you (like most tanning places do). So then you have to purchase eye protection for $3 and change. Not a big fee, but I tried to explain that I called ahead and they could have told me this information. The girl just made a bunch of excuses. They start you at the very minimum (5 minutes) so by the time you get to your third session, you are at the level you should have been started at! So after 3 sessions, I have minimal results. Big waste of money!! Not happy with my experience at all.
