Great coaching!!! I’m a beginner and Kelsey made sure I fully understood the moves and kept an eye on me during class. I can’t wait to finish using my 5 class package! Highly recommend Zastc!!!

Really great gym instructors are very nice. There’s plenty of parking and they have showers there.

This place is awesome. I've lost 8lbs so far and it's Only my second week. I go 3 times per week. Everyone is helpful, they show you how to properly work out and spend time with you when you need it. I highly recommend it.

amazing coaches, people, and workouts. want to see your body really change? want to have coaches there to push you, correct your form, and change the way you think about exercise? this is the place for you. whether you are a cross fit junkie or a newbie, zastc will satisfy. large kids room where they can watch you through a large window, or watch nextflix or do homework accessing the free wifi. They have several types of classes, and make modifications for all fitness levels. they also offer personal training, nutrition counseling, and have a great nutrition and meal planning app. several classes a day to fit your busy schedule. they also offer drop in, punch cards, monthly, 6 month and yearly plans.
