Great workouts, great instructors. If you’re a beginner they work with you and instructors are very patient. I would definitely buy it again.
Try to get your own gloves and wraps prior to your class.

Gordy plays no games—real deal but pleasant and cool all at same time. Took a TRX/ Combat Conditioning class with him and five others this morning. I’m very sore....I’ll be back.

We've had an great experience at Undisputed City Heights. My husband and I are not "boxers" or coordinated for that matter. The instructors have been patient with us and really helping us get the correct form down. Very motivating instructors and enjoyable classes - even for us beginners!
