Outstanding work by Cavan! Wonderful easygoing yet attentive & professional manner. With a structural issue which has caused my body to be asymmetrical, I’ve struggled to be comfortable while doing sports & dance. Now feeling great which has not been the case for quite a long time. He really knows what he’s doing! After my first appt, immediately signed up for a series of ten additional sessions.

My mom and I went. I liked that my session was different than any other bodywork I've had. For example, I liked that I was stretched in deep, unusual ways and that Cavan pinpointed that the work I needed was more around what's connected to my spine as opposed to other areas.

The parking is on the street 2 hour..which is great and close to the freeway ..had to come from Marin but it was worth it finally after I got lost ... He really knows his stuff. I have chronic pain all over and from what he said to me and what he did I will go back again...for more appointments..

I am sure that different modalities, such as physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, etc. work for others but none of them seemed to work for me. This does!
