James is very nice and easy to work with. He takes his time to teach you the right way to work out. I enjoyed the workout.
Haven’t had a regular exercise routine; so James assessed me accordingly and has implemented exercises that have gotten me excited to do. He guides and provides support while challenging me at the level I’m at and the goals I want to achieve. James definitely has the knowledge, caring attitude and motivation to get me where I want to be; in addition to helping the others at the gym. I’ve had 4 workouts already and I am very pleased.

I went for my first workout yesterday. James is awesome!! I had not worked out in 4 Months-ish and he worked with me to scale the workout, and did not judge me as I need to take multiple breaks throughout the workout (also wasn't used to working out in 104 degree heat) ... anyways, you show up whenever you want during their open times, the workout of the day is on the board, and you do your thing! Stoked to continue trying this Gym out!
This place is great! Been going for 3 weeks now. I think if you get the year contract it comes out a really good price! The schedule is great for busy people, just have to start getting more disciplined with myself to go. It is a good variety and the trainer does a great job of modifying to your level. I'm already noticing myself get stronger and more toned!

You can't beat this value! Great atmosphere. Super friendly staff and community. Has everything I need for my performance-based training. Jim is very knowledgeable and helpful and pushes me how I need to be pushed. He also gets my sense of humor. I have 8+ years of experience in sport performance training and can easily, and comfortably, recommend Crossover Fitness.
