About Sushi Express

Since 2005, Sushi Express’s chefs have been rolling maki and slicing sashimi in a variety of traditional and inventive combinations. Fresh fish—including tuna, salmon, and eel—find their way into simple sushi rolls, whereas signature creations combine more eclectic ingredients, such as mozzarella and pesto in the caprese roll or mashed potato and scallop in the mash roll.
