Overall, we had a great time. The resort itself was nice - could definitely use some upgrading though. The staff was very friendly. However, speedy they are not. I get the whole "Fiji time" thing. But for the expense, the staff shouldn't be bringing you the wrong meal nor should it take 2 hours to check out and get to the airport. There were lots of good activities (at extra costs) however the schedule can be unpredictable. We were only there for 5 days and we couldn't do a lot of activities because there was some big group there so by the time we tried to sign up, they were always full. We would love to go back to Fiji but we will likely explore other resorts before booking with Sonaisali.

people were incredibly friendly, genuinely so, not just because they had to. country absolutely gorgeous, food incredibly expensive. super efficient and accommodating vacation.
