I would use them again.

great job. My truck was very dirty inside and they made sure they took the extra time needed to get it right the first time, and kept me informed of any delays. very professional

The location was very hard to find. It was located within an auto body shop and said nothing about "Kar Toyz" anywhere, so I wasn't sure I was even in the right place. I was also told I would receive a call once my car was done, which I never did because they "lost my phone number" and I ended up having to call them. Had I not called them when I did and been able to pick my car up in the next 15 minutes, they were going to close and I wouldn't have been able to pick up my car until the next day. When actually picking up my car, I tried to pay the SUV upcharge with a credit card and their machine wasn't working so I had to give them cash (which fortunately I had on me). If I didn't have cash, I'm not sure they would have let me get my car still. So while the work that was done was done well, I would definitely not go back there ever again.

They were late opening up and I had to wait an hr past my appointment for them to work on my car. Then it took them a lot longer to finish my car than they kept telling me. When I got my car back, there were spots they missed, and they left 2 blue spots in my backseat which I had to go back and get removed. Also, they didn't clean up residue or the areas in a car that get dirty the most. I had to clean that myself. I shouldn't have to clean after a detailing. Most of what they did clean looked good. Wouldn't go back to them again.
