would like to see more offers for oil changes sent to customers who visited recently so they come back. the location is too far out however it can be worth it

I have been to Elk Grove Toyota to rent a car and get an oil change. Both experiences were good, but when my girlfriend went to get her oil changed I was really impressed. Things started out not so great, and my girlfriend was sent home because it was late and they didnt have the correct oil filter for her older car (1987). Toyota told us to come back Saturday, and they would have the part by then. On Saturday we called ahead of time, and someone who wasnt the service tech we spoke to said "come on down." When we got there we find out the part had not arrived. Instead of sending us home a second time, someone at Toyota ran out to an auto parts store all the way in Sacramento and bought the correct oil filter so they could complete the service. I much prefer that solution to sending us home again. Thanks for turning a bad situation into a good one.
