The only negative feedback was that only one stylist was on duty and she was rather busy keeping up with clients. She handled clients graciously but felt like she was overwhelmed being the only person working. I noticed a walk in left due to timing of when she could accommodate to then since she was so busy.

I will definitely go there again! The ambiance of the salon is refreshing and relaxing, the coffee freshly brewed, and the stylist delightful!

Rachel was my stylist and she was fabulous. I highly recommend Rachel and Finesse Hair Salon.

This was the worst hair coloring experience of my life! I called ahead of time and asked for a stylist that was good with bleach. When I arrived they assured me and had me sit in the chair. I started speaking with a stylist who was trained in color extensively..instead they gave me a newbie(owners daughter) and my hair was literally destroyed. Orange woolly mess! I was furious.

The service was terrible. The owner was just as rude. My hair was severely damaged and turned out horrible. I asked for brown and it turned out black. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and disappointment to the owner, I was told that she would not be responsible because the stylists were independent. She had no sympathy nor interest in offering any resolution. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who expects professional service and high quality results.

Did not receive the hair color desired not loving the hair cut either....employee's were nice

After crying all night about my hair being fried , and trying to call the manager I've resolved myself to the fact that my hair is being cut off today, family pics are canceled, I didn't get my money back , etc!!Worst experience ever!! In all my life my hair has NEVER turned out so horribly and/or been damaged in this capacity! I would like a refund. I would not recommend going here.
