Small class sizes in a simple, well designed studio. Instructors help keep you in proper form and motivated to push through. There's a variety of barre class styles with a range of intensities, and cycling classes that are more focused on cardio. I enjoy the bright window light and huge mirrors.
Only wish I tried this place sooner!

I was pleasantly surprised with the effect The Dailey Method has made. I gain energy and lost inches in the first week. I’m hooked.

Everyone was very welcoming from the minute I stepped in the door. They showed me around and let me know what to expect for each class. All of the instructors are amazing. Angela helped with my form and answered all of my questions on my first day. Great workout with a variety of classes!

All of the instructors are helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They really do a great job with making a person feel motivated and confident. They also have a great range of classes and times, to help make coming to class convenient. Highly recommend!

So far, so good! I went to my first class yesterday (Barre Express) and the instructor was very clear in instruction, had a good energy level, was encouraging, and gently corrected any bad form. The space itself is very nice and clean with two bathrooms, a shower, and lockers for your use. I look forward to taking their other class offerings.

The studio is great! It's clean, they have parking for $1.00, it's well organized and friendly. The workout is so good! The teachers are trained in alignment which keeps you safe and gives you excellent and fast results. Don't do Barre anywhere else but at The Dailey Method. Seriously, I have tried about 4 other Barre studios......nothing compares! And they have child care!
