Lanthony is a wonderful trainer. He has a very nice way of motivating you to push harder than you think you can. He adjusted tailored my exercises to help heal a torn muscle.

Lanthony Pennywell is a great personal trainer. Very motivational. He'll push you but also take care if you have any physical issues. Highly recommend Lanthony. I'll will seek his training again.
