my kids had fun but i was expecting the place to be a little bigger and more bouncy house. the ladder to climb up the slide didnt work but my kids improvised and climed up the slide. I was there for 2hr and when i was ready to leave then the bubble machine was turned on. I wish it was on since i got there the kids would have had a blast with it.

What a great place for Kids! Four giant bouncer rides, bubbles machine, balloons, toys, other kids to make friends with and best of all a place out of the cold.

Overall experience good BUT HOSTESS was occupied with other duties and not being present when needed during party

The place is small with only 1 big inflatable and 2 tiny ones.

It was just a tiny room with two bouncing spaces. It could be OK for a small kids party but not really for an Open-Play Session.

As a business, you should follow up with what is promised to your customer. Include all the specifics(fine details)on your websited, that way no suprises are faced when customer gets there. As a place for kids to go and celebrate, the staff and facility should be more kid friendly.

I applaud your entrepreneurship, and would love to see you improve your business. I was a little concerned about some safety issues. The bouncy houses are up against hard walls. If a child were to bounce wrong, and fall into a wall, they could really hurt themselves. Some of the bouncy houses are really not safe. I know you had limits on the number of people that could be in a house at a time, but the limits seemed a little too high. The toys and bubbles are a great touch- they gave the kids a variety of experiences. You are on your way, but the safety stuff needs to be taken care of, in my opinion.
