thanks Carol... really liking my permanent eyeliner. I will most likely call upon you in the next few weeks to possibly go over the pigment as suggested. I hope you run a special for eyebrows someday! I am the one that the anathesia didn't take to very well. But I'm still happy I made this decision to have it done. It was worth it!
