Great studio! Everyone is really friendly and helpful. I had my first spin class with Jeannine and she was extremely thorough with discussing heart rate and how to track your progress during the class. They have a great variety of classes and I really enjoyed my workout!

I love the heart rate monitor aspect so you know how hard you are pushing yourself!I used to ride competitively outside and feel I get the same intensity indoors!

Cycology has a great space with great equipment. Our instructor and the staff were welcoming, had a great energy, and provided a challenging class. Positive experience all around!

I am visiting the area and wanted to work out. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I took a spin class today...the music was great, the class was fun and motivating. I hope to get at least one more class in while I'm here. If I lived here this would be my regular studio for sure.
