Kali is very sweet and a meticulous waxer. I think she got every hair I had and any future hairs, too! She explained the process and was always concerned for my comfort. The facility is very pretty and it is meticulous. I liked the fact that I got a Sunday appointment so that I could eat lunch at a local restaurant with some girlfriends and then head over to see Kali. Parking on a Sunday is a lot easier to find.

The waxing was painful and left bruising. My hair also grew in bumpy which is the first time I have this happen before. My previous experience with waxing with other waxers has been much better than this place.

Had to go home and pluck all the spots missed and try to fix the chunk of hair taken out of the landing strip. Made my strip look like an exclamation point.
