This is a wonderful studio! Rachel worked around my injuries and has helped me strengthen areas needing attention. I highly recommend Energy Within Pilates.

Roanoke's hidden gem! I went into this with rather low expectations but Rachel has pleasantly surprised me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and offers a very personalized workout that cannot be matched anywhere else in Roanoke. Be it small group classes or one on one, she challenges you within your bodies boundaries in a safe, adaptable, and encouraging manner. Roanoke has long needed a true pilates studio, and Rachel has the knowledge and setup to provide a first class experience for those new to pilates or the most experienced student.

I love the personal help in class since the class sizes are small.

The instructor was the owner of the studio, and she was extremely rude, and negative. She even insulted me about my physique. I went to one class and never wasted my time by going back.
