had a little problem on my last visit, in that all during the massage there was a very loud conversation going on in the front office, that disrupted the entire calm of the massage session...and the person having the talk never apologized or offered to give any type of compensation for the ruined exoperience
I left feedback on another form.
Several things, there is an extra charge on top of the group0n fee. Group0n clients have very few times available and the time frame before expiring is too short, alittle rude for a business wanting new clients.
The online appointment scheduler is not easy to navigate
Appointment times are limited, need to be scheduled over a month in advance. The scheduling system is only online and is not very user friendly. I have scheduled two applications so far only to have them denied days later. I just tried to schedule again. If it is denied again, I am going to just let it expire.
have not been there yet but not easy to get appt.
They are not friendly on the phone. They coldly send you to their website to set up an appointment. They demand you pre-pay a $10 gratuity fee or you can't redeem the coupon (I thought "gratuity" was a voluntary act). I haven't been there yet. My appointment is not until the end of April. I hope my first impression changes. If so, I will be back here to give further feedback.
Want paid gratuity before purchase
I made a reservation, but have not received a confirmation yet to redeem it.
Very few openings in the month; hard to find a time to schedule.
I would not go there again. I felt that my practitioner did not practice in a professional manner.
