Inadequate help in the store. very crowded with only one person working...long wait to begin. Owner was quite unpleasant...wanted to ration out the ceramic paint..not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. At one point, she embarrassed my 19 year old daughter in front of everyone and started demonstrating how to paint the piece FOR my daughter. NOT PLEASANT AT ALL.

Great business but didn't like the loophole on charging more money on the pottery pieces once you got there which isn't included in the fine print.
