The stylist was great, she was very friendly and she did a good job on my hair. I think I made a mistake by telling her I wanted more natural highlights because you could barely tell that I got any. Also, I came at the end of the day and she was the last one there. I could tell everyone was anxious to go home. She wasn't really that talkative at first and just starting mixing up solution without asking me what I wanted done. (I think she was going per our phone conversation, but some follow-up would have been nice just to make sure we were both on the same page and there was no miscommunication. Also, I wanted a more in-depth hair cut, I wanted quite a bit taken off with layers added in....
