The owner, Colleen, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She worked with me on every machine and explained how they were used and the benefits they each provide. She knows her clients by name and makes it an enjoyable atmosphere. She is always available for assistance and no one feels intimidated as they work out.

I joined with a friend and we loved it! The owner was super friendly and helpful and the workout was fun. Going back tomorrow!
