The food is fresh and portions good sized. The key to the success is the speed of persons on the line. Of highest importance is the person that finishes/rolls the burritos, etc. On my last visit, the person in that place was slow (there were at least 4 items waiting at all times) and it had an influence on the rest of the restaurant.
