Nice complex and it wasn't too crowded in the morning. The only issue I had was for the little ones who had the assist skating device. They were only limited to a small area to skate. When more kids arrived, it got really crowded and crammed. With the assistive device, all skaters should be allowed to roam the entire ice complex.

I had difficulty tying the shoes tight initially. The staff who gives the rental skates (Bryce) have been very helpful in helping me tie the skating shoe. Kevin has been an excellent instructor so far. Overall, I love this place :)
