I wasn't sure what to expect but the website was so easy to navigate...it walked you thru each step and then you got to see what it would look like once completed...very nice. I bought mine for a wedding present...they loved it!

Customer service is great! I appreciated the shipping updates and overall personal care given my order. (they verified my address since I also use a post office box) I did not pick up on the UPS delivery requirement that a person over the age of 21 needs to sign for the wine and was stressed that I'd miss the delivery due to my work schedule (and then having to travel a bit to the distribution center to get it) but it all worked out in the end.The etched bottle came out beautifully. I'm excited to be giving it as a wedding gift.
