A lot of extra costs involved and only have great hours on Wednesday.

Disorganized and not all supplements are available.

Gave me expired vitamins and when I called to tell them they said they were still good. It was basically a trap to buy more products. Complete waste of time and money unless you're going to pay hundreds more to get the supplements that actually work.

Lady in the desk that answer the phone is rude and needs to learn some customer service and to how be professional. The nurse that gives the shot is very nice, but lady in the front is rude to her too. :-)

Everything there is in a hurry, no taking time to talk about your goals in loosing weight. The nurse who admits the shots is very rude, has no personality. Did not even finish the program because of experience. All their products are artificial flavors.
