Had a vein removal session with Otto last week after purchasing a Living Social deal. What a pleasant experience this was! It was my first time doing this and he made the process so smooth and worry-free. The pain was very minimal and most of the time I didn't even feel anything. Front desk woman was very nice, they are such a nice, clean, welcoming office! A+++++
